The licenses you currently hold are permanent; however, their activation is strictly tied to the computers on which they were originally installed.
Specifically, license activation is managed via cloud servers (Google) and requires an active update subscription. Consequently, these older versions are no longer able to communicate correctly with the activation servers. For this reason:
- It is not possible to deactivate the license on the old computer and reactivate it on a new one.
- Even if a transfer is attempted, the activation on the new PC would be rejected by the servers.
Because of this, we recommend keeping the current versions installed on the computers where they are already active.
Recommended Solution
The most effective and convenient solution is to:
- Purchase an update at a discounted loyalty price.
- Install the updated versions on the new computer, which will be fully compatible with the current activation system.
