The error is due to a missing or unregistered COMDLG32.OCX component in the operating system.
To solve it, follow these steps
1 – Open the command prompt with administrator privileges:
2 – Type the following command and press Enter afterwards:
If the OMDLG32.OCX file is present in the SysWOW64 folder and the operating system is 64-bit, go to this folder via the prompt: type ‘cd..’ press ENTER and then ‘cd SysWOW64’ and press ENTER
Enter the commands from point 2
3 – The message will appear
