You need to check whether the msstdfmt.dll file is located in the folder c:\windows\system32 or c:\windows\syswow64.
If it is present, after performing the above check you must start the DOS Prompt or CMD as administrator.
In the DOS Prompt write
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msstdfmt.dll (if the msstdfmt.dll file is located in the c:\windows\system32 folder)
or
regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\msstdfmt.dll (if the msstdfmt.dll file is located in the c:\windows\syswow64 folder)
Click Enter or Enter from the keyboard.
