The PC on which the software was installed is broken, and I couldn’t access it to deactivate it. Now, I am unable to activate my second license on a new PC.

When purchasing a GeoStru software, you are provided with 2 licenses to activate the programs on two different workstations simultaneously. If you no longer have access to the software to deactivate it because the PC is damaged to the extent that the correct startup of the operating system cannot be restored, resulting in data loss, the license is lost.
