IF YOU NEED TO UPGRADE TO A MAJOR RELEASE (FOR EXAMPLE, FROM 2024 TO 2025, ETC.), FIRST DEACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE, DOWNLOAD THE NEW VERSION FROM YOUR USER AREA, AND THEN ACTIVATE IT.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FILE CHECKS, RESULT CHECKS AND PROJECT CONSULTANCY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC SUPPORT PACKAGE BUT ARE PART OF THE ADVANCED SUPPORT PACKAGE, WHICH IS SUBJECT TO A FEE.
